Returns and Exchanges
If you decide for whatever reason your purchased item isn’t suitable, you have up to 30 days to return it for a full refund or exchange for a different item.
If you intend to return a product for any reason, you must contact us first. Your item can then be shipped back to Northpest Limited, 3/56 Rewa Rewa Road, Raumanga, Whangarei. All products must be in original packaging, item still sealed and in unused condition for us to accept the return. You can also give us a call on 0800 26 26 26 or 09 955 1460 or you can email us at anytime.
- Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
- All goods must be returned in brand new condition, unopened, unused with manufacturer’s original packaging and all parts included and the items must be undamaged and unmarked.
- Return shipping charges are customer’s responsibility.
- Return shipping on exchanged items and insurance of goods against loss is the customers responsibility.
- Returned items not exchanged for another item will be credited back to the source of the original payment. Credits will be applied immediately. Shipping costs are non-refundable except in the case of a manufacturing defect.
