Brandon and his wife Cheryl created Northpest in 2015 – backed by years of previous experience in the industry and with a clear need for another pest control company with their skillset in the Northland area.
Brandon gained his experience and qualifications in a large reputable business in Auckland, carrying out residential, commercial and industrial pest control from 1994-2004. His portfolio of customers spanned major sectors including hospitals, councils, correctional facilities, airports, pharmaceutical companies, large food and beverage manufacturing companies, transport and storage sectors including stored product warehouses, silo plant treatments, etc. Brandon also carried out quarantine fumigations on ships, vehicles, containers and buildings.
From there, Brandon and Cheryl purchased and ran a pest control franchise in the Bay of Islands for a further nine years before moving to Whangarei.
Brandon holds a current Certificate in Urban Pest Management and can boast a lengthy 27 years in the industry which is why he is our Operations Manager and is our leader and adviser in all things pest control.
In his spare time, Brandon loves to fish, is a dab-hand at house renovations and enjoys driving his 1966 Chevrolet Impala (on a fine day!)
